We want to ensure that your order is perfect. So before taking payment we ask you to generate a quote. Our in-store experts will review all of the finer details to ensure that you have everything you need. They will then contact you directly within 24 hours of generating a quote to make sure that you are happy with every detail.
Yes! Visit our website and select up to 4 free samples. Your samples will be with you in 5-7 days.

If you would like to see more than 4 samples you can book a free home measure where the team will be able to measure your project and bring any additional samples you may need (however you won't be able to keep these samples)

The length of time from placing your order to delivery to the store is based on several factors such as the type of flooring, or whether the colour/pattern/style chosen is in stock or if it is a special order. If speed rather than a specific colour or style is more important to you, many United Carpets stores have roll ends and roll stock that you can take away on the day.
The other hurdle which could potentially hold up your order is fitting. This is booked in advance based on the fitter’s schedule, but during busy times, it can sometimes be a few weeks before your floor can be installed.
