If you haven't received your sample in 7 days please contact us at samples@unitedcarpets.net
If you would like to see more than 4 samples you can book a free home measure where the team will be able to measure your project and bring any additional samples you may need (however you won't be able to keep these samples)
The length of time from placing your order to delivery to the store is based on several factors such as the type of flooring, or whether the colour/pattern/style chosen is in stock or if it is a special order. If speed rather than a specific colour or style is more important to you, many United Carpets stores have roll ends and roll stock that you can take away on the day.
The other hurdle which could potentially hold up your order is fitting. This is booked in advance based on the fitter’s schedule, but during busy times, it can sometimes be a few weeks before your floor can be installed.
